What works best to get rid of acne under the skin?

TMS asked: I used to have really bad acne but it finally went away after years of prescriptions. 8 years later I am starting to get a few pimples on my forehead but under the skin more. What works best to get rid of this? Would Proactiv or Acne Free work best?GREG
